11 Ways to Improve Your Health

I got this from a friend. Actually, she sent article of "25 ways to improve your health", but let me just take the most important only. ;)
  1. Brush twice a day
  2. Take regular bath
  3. Get plenty of rest
  4. Eat Right
  5. Don't over indulge yourself
  6. Eat plenty of vegetables
  7. Read to exercise your brain
  8. Pick up a hobby
  9. Get plenty of exercise
  10. Surround yourself with friends
  11. Forgive and forget

pa kbr mbak? Afw ya,janjian kita blm ok jg. salah satunya krn ada agenda Sbt, ac kantor Abang+rapat sekolah, eh taunya dua2nya batal... yah, memang blm rezeki kali ya?
